Auto repair service near South West City, MO

Terrible experience - I would rate zero stars if I could! I waited 2 hours to be told they could not find the tires that they were supposed to have in stock. I had called earlier in the day to confirm they had them before I left work early and drove an hour to the store. I was told they would be in the next day and it would only take 45 minutes. When I returned, after waiting about 30 minutes I overheard someone saying they couldn’t find the tires for my car. About an hour and a half later, when I paid I was surprised that the cost was half what I expected. I asked about it and was told they’d given me an adjustment for my trouble. Come to find out, they had put another set of tires on my car (offbrand) without asking or saying a word about it. To kick it all off, my tire pressure warning came on minutes after leaving the store. I checked the tire pressure and the PSI readings ranged from 34 to 77. Despite being told they would make it right, I haven’t heard a word. We will never use this store again!

Just wanted to let you know that I have traded my 2002 mercury sable wagon for a new 2024 car. Thanks for your good service with that vehicle.

2022 I had a complete brake job done. 2023 one of the calipers failed. Car was towed to Seeburg in Rogers. When I called for a status update 3 hours later they had no clue where car was. My car arrived at Seeburg later (I strongly suspect that they had not called the tow truck until after I called to CK on it). Despite the website stating they provided courtesy transportation, the manager refused to do so. When I tried to make an appt for the following week, the manager told me they did not provide waiting in the office. When I said I would not be coming back, the manager said, "I don't want you to ". I was forced to walk across an icy parking lot in the back to retrieve my car. My brakes are mushy and I'll have to go somewhere else to have them looked at. The manager was absolutely horrible.

I took Mr. Dillinger my car, and gave him $2,572.46 down. The job was supposed to have been completed in 4 months, but I had to constantly nag and threaten him to get ANY work done. Finally after 2 years of stalling and avoiding me, I took the car back. He had 80% of it in primer, and had painted the top and door jams. He would not give me my clear coat, primer, or paint because he, "doesn't have it." 3 days after taking the car back, the paint started bubbling and flaking off. He has had our vehicle for over a month. We have tried to contact him and he will not return calls, neither is his shop ever open. Our vehicle is inside and there is no way to get it out. The police cannot help It looks like we may have to get a lawyer and go to court to get our car back! You need a minus star on here.
